-Provide manufacturing support to production manager in daily operation; -Ensure Environment, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures are followed by the Team Members; -Maintain a good standard of housekeeping within the Department; -Allocate resources (equipment, materials & manpower) efficiently to achieve the budget targets for KPI; -Control production losses and spoilage efficiently with proper preventive/corrective action; -Supervise production team, incl. staff training and development;

-Graduate or higher diploma in mechanic / electrical / production engineering -Minimum 3-5 years experience in management/supervisory role, preferably in can manufacturing -Good computer skills -Good practical technical knowledge & safety awareness - Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills -Able to do multi tasks & work under pressure
