-Support Mechanical Supervisor in supervising machinery maintenance and general plant maintenance as per planned schedule; -Ensure that the team carries out annual machine overhaul effectively; -Handle troubleshoot on process equipment; -Support Mechanical Supervisor in supervising workshop activities for all spare parts repairs and maintenance; -Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices; -Control team resources in efficient way to achieve targets;

-Engineering graduate or higher diploma in mechanic / electrical / production engineering -Minimum 2-3 years experience in leading role in high speed manufacturing -Good written & spoken English -Good practical technical knowledge & safety awareness -Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills -Able to do multi tasks & work under pressure
