 Lead internal developer team to maintain and develop new feature in core banking system (CBS) and

mobile banking application

 Develop, maintain, enhance and troubleshoot existing applications and core banking system.

 Develop, maintain and execute automation tests to ensure sufficient test complete.

 Develop appropriate computerized information systems to meet the needs of departments, units, and

branches request.

 Work with development team in delivering the project and deliverables on time and good quality.

 Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

 Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed applications for

both external and internal users

 Well coding designed, efficient code.

 Perform other tasks to further IT security that can be assigned by line manager.

 Experiences as Software Developer with Bank or MFI in an advantage

 Strong designing and programing experience in Java.

 Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and designed pattern Java spring framework API

development concept is plus.

 Advance knowledge developing and debugging

 Experience with Common DBMS such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and/or Oracle is a

plus

 Experience in other core banking system is a plus

 Self-Starter with strong self-management skills

 Good communication skills

 Ability to organize and work under pressures.
