1. Provide customer service to clients for queries regarding operation business/services.

2. Support with schedule arrangement for auditor.

3. Ensure all requested and scheduled clients/jobs are paid or confirmed as per the company policy with proper documents available for reference.

4. Coordinate with all operation staff for all matters related to operation business/services.

5. Responsible in sample disposal and kept its records.

6. Follow up the confirmation payment / PI of clients whether it is finally received by Finance Department.

7. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

1. Bachelor degree in Business Management, Public Relations, English or other related fields.

2. At least two-year experience in customer service or sales.

3. Ability to work under time pressure, both independently as well as part of the team.

4. Well-organized with high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.

5. Strong interpersonal skills.

6. Good in oral and written English communication, knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

7. Knowledge of computer skills (Ms. Office Applications).
