Jobs Description

Create Test Cases, Test Plans, Acceptance Criteria as needed.
Review and improve test cases done by other QAs.
Coach and guide testers; serve as mentor.
Automate existing test cases on mature features of the product.
Identify issues correctly and in a timely manner.
Generating reports describing defects and resolutions
Working with development teams to prevent issues with new products
Assisting developers in creating detailed application test plans and test cases
Perform testing on the products: Automate testing (Mobile & Web), Functional and Non-functional testing, Performance testing, Regression testing, UAT testing etc.
Take ownership of product quality and readiness for every product release
Assists in set-up and maintenance of test script.
Continuous improvement on the Quality assurance process and tool within the department
Clear and effective communication of issues to developer or third party
Provides reports to management as required

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of QA tester experience in Mobile and Web projects
Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of testing process and methodologies
Experience in reviewing designs, user stories, and software requirements specification
Proficient in automation using tools such as Appium automation or Selenium IDE
Some programming knowledge or experience preferred
Quick ability to learn new systems with minimal documentation
Experience with tools like Clubhouse or JIRA
Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Ability to analyze, organize, and problem-solve complex applications and systems minimal direction
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong written and spoken English skills
