- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process, accounts.

payable/receivable, cash receipts, bank reconciliation & budgeting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, fixed asset activity.

- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

- Meet financial accounting objectives.

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

- Presenting findings and recommendations to top executives.

- Ensuring all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time to relevants authorities.

- Keeps Book-keeping/Finacial Updating.

- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

- Prepare daily job roster for staff.

- Other tasks assigned by Managements.

- Minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience, including finance, accounting, tax.

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

 Excellent time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and

quality.

- Ability to lead a full training cycle

- Managerial and leadership experience

- Experience in Eelectrict field is a plus

- Able to use Accounting software (Quicksbook)
