Recruitment and On-bording:

• Develop and oversee a recruitment process.

• Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate, arrange interview and participate in interviewing candidates.

• Prepare recruitment report

• Prepare employement contract & provide HR oreintation to new employee.

Compliance and Record Keeping:

• To comply with labour law requirement (NSSF, declar in/out, visa extension, quota..etc.

• To ensure no panalty from the MLVT

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monitor compensation - ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits.

• Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.

Payroll and Budget:

• Prepare Monthly payroll

• Prepare HR&Admin budget

• Manage OT & attendance

Administration:

• Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.

• Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors.

Training and Development and Performance Maintenance:

• Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations.

• Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.

Employee Relations:

• Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.

• Investigate employee relations issues &work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.

Jobs Requirement

• 3 years experience in training and recruiment field.

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• more than 2 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops

• Ability to lead a full training cycle

• Familiarity with HR practices• Managerial and leadership experience
