- Prepare business and budget planning

- Review financial report for Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR)

- Verify monthly tax declaration and Annual Income Tax

- Verify financial statement

- Prepare monthly production and raw material planning

- Staff performance evaluate and motivation

- Verify actual production & expense and plan

- Prepare cash spending projection (cashflow)

-Stock management and support delivery team to deliver for the PO on time

- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or a related field (essential)/ Business Administration

- Knowledge of management job

- Minimum of 5 years of Operation/Management experience.

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Ability to lead a full training cycle

- Managerial and leadership experience

- Experience in Electrics field is a plus

- Able to use accounting software (Quicks book)
