 Processes invoices matching with its supporting documents as stipulated in the company's policy and procedures, price list, and deposit made by the company to respective suppliers

 Performs suppliers statement reconciliation with the company accounting records

 Communicates with necessary personnel to assure proper general ledger coding

 Enters accounting data with the high level of accuracy and on the timely basis

 Balances and reconcile batch control totals with source documents or computer listings in order to locate errors, encode correct amounts, or prepare correction records

 Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from the supervisor

 Assist with week and month-end closing

 "Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices"

 Ensure the accuracy of making correct payments in accordance with contract terms

 Performs other related duties as assigned.

 Bachelor’s degree in

 Experience 2 years in similar relevant position

 Good writing, communication, and presentation skills

 Computer Skills: MS. Office / Email / Internet, and any application system (QuickBooks)

 Good command of communication in English in spoken & written
