Jobs Description

Develop project charter, scope, and objective involving relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track the issues during development
Facilitate business process analysis and business requirement gathering and documentation
Train, monitor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
Diagram basis workflows from business requirements to ensure project design and specification to provide reliable project blueprint and implementation
Use agile methodology values, participles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
Address, prioritize and escalate tasks as required
Monitor progress and performance and help team to make the improvements
Define procedures, processes, and reports to allow the smooth functioning for delivering multiple projects
Coordinate the delivery of services among different activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Report and present the project status to stakeholders

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent in related field
At least 3 years of experiences in Software Development and at least 2 years in Project Management
Be pro-active and an initiator
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum/Kanban to deliver solutions.
Leadership and management experience
Excellent people and project management skills.
Good knowledge and practice on software development
Good presentation and communication skill, both spoken and written in English and Khmer
Good facilitation skills a cross stakeholder team
Good time management skills and ability to multitask
Experience working with NBC and other 3rd party partners
