POSITION SUMMARY

shall be responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency as well as the business development of Chinese Language Program in the Westline and Northline Schools.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The responsibilities of this position include a variety of tasks that contribute to achieving the WEG’s wide goals of ensuring the quality excellences and recognition of Chinese Language Program. The outcomes of this position are expected to be: (1) independent, strong, and trustworthy training performance; (2) advancement of business operations of Chinese Language Program; (3) quality excellences of teaching and learning; (4) good public image and understanding about the WEG’s Chinese Language Program;(5) support Chinese teacher recruitmen

** JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Background

• Bachelor of Chinese literature is preferable or having a HSK proven result is a plus

Work Experience

• Minimum of two years of related experience in Chinese Program Coordination

• At least three years-experience in teaching Mandarin Chinese

• Good knowledge of Child Development and Education Psychology

Language

• Able to write, read and speak Chinese fluently,

• Able write, read and speak English is preferable,

Technical Competencies and Skills

• Good knowledge of sharing and giving advice;

Leadership and Communication Skills/Personality Qualities

• Strong organizational, communication, report writing, decision-making, conflict solving, & facilitating skills, & good interpersonal skills;
