· Together with the Sales Manager to assist the General Manager to generate business strategies appropriate to designated market segments.

· Training of sales force, technical service team and customers in application and use of company products (particularly mortars and mortar admixtures).

· Support in the field the sales force and technical service team in technical matters for customers and keep confidential all company’s business information and documentation

· Provide technical support to contractors and mega project and keep regular contact with key customers in liaison with Sales Dept.

· Propose new products to Sales & Marketing Dept and Assist Sales and Marketing Dept. in preparing and running training courses, seminars and exhibitions in liaison with Sales and Marketing Department.

· Assist Marketing Department in preparation and development of new data sheets, catalogues, method statement, presentations, etc.

· Ensure good transfer of technology to local staff and customers and Maintain at all times thorough knowledge of products and market trends, monitor competitors’ activities and keep relevant managers briefed.

· Inform the relevant manager of any market developments, problems, competing activities that may be damaging to Sika and Keep appropriate records and all reports.

·    Bachelor’s degree and MBA in Civil Engineering or relevant fields

·    Experience: 5 years’ experience in related fields and Construction

·    Fluent in both oral and verbal English.

·    Computer Office (Word, Power Point, etc.) proficiency

·    Leadership and management skills.

·    Excellent analytical skills.

·    Personality: Hard-working, smart, creative, trustworthy, and good interpersonal skills.
