This candidate will work with the design team to manage and coedit the design component libraries while creating and maintaining a meaningful UX and consistent UI across all company applications. And work with product management to gather requirements to develop new product UI with existing UI/UX design standards. And work with the marketing department to design print and digital materials for product/brand advertising and campaigns.

The right person for this role has an affinity for visual and typographic consistency, language, and a keen eye for subtle details. You should have a creative flair to design innovative graphics that meet business goals. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay highly organized are critical. You should be self-motivated, work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.

- Work with the design team to manage and elevate the UI/UX standards of a self-serve product used by thousands of users.

· Collaborate and work cross-functionally across teams to maintain consistency across different company products.

·    Working with product managers to design new products or features, such as wireframing, brainstorming, research, prototyping, etc.

·   Collaborating with our engineering team with the information necessary to implement your designs (whether that's high-fidelity mockups, written documentation, icons, the occasional spreadsheet, or something else)

·   Reviewing and collecting user feedback, then using your findings to propose improvements

·    Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, and trade show banners

·      Have 3-5 years of relevant product design experience. (Experience with SaaS products is a plus)

·      Experience in coediting design documents and managing UI assets library.

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment

·      Have the ability to communicate concepts and present design thinking with stakeholders through sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to assess design needs for projects, and liaise with the Product Management to the scope and refine projects

·      Prepared to use data (where it's available) to inform and validate their design decisions

·      Comfortable with the occasional strategic shift that comes with working on a team that values agility

·      A strong design portfolio should demonstrate a strong command of best practices and in-depth experience, preferably with enterprise examples.

·      Working knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus

·      Knowledge of GIF/Motion Graphic Design is a plus
