• Lead and develop annual strategic sales plan in alignment with strategic objectives of the business to deliver channel targets.

• Drive discipline of delivering fundamentals of distribution, merchandising, pricing etc with both trade marketing and field sales team.

• Develop channel/customer specific plans and build the team through the target.

• Drive work process to deliver the budget and lead sales strategic.

• Review and monitor sales performance periodically and working with relevant managers, refine and develop sale strategies as required.

• Lead and roll out project sales force nationwide.

• Develop standard stock level, plan and implement the sales strategy to achieve the target.

• Oversee on training and development of commercial department.

• At least 10 years in managerial role of relevant beverage, FMCGs, Beers include sale field & development.

• Analytical mindset with a proven track record in delivering results

• Good presentation & negotiation skills

• Good organizing, planning, control, and execution skills

• High communication skills, interpersonal and networking skills

• Strong knowledge of the market dynamics – competition, retailers and outlets

• Strong work ethics

• Language proficiency: Written & spoken – Khmer English (Good)

• Analytical and numerical skills

• Assertive, self-confident, and matured with good problem-solving skills
