- To develop the standard of optimal of stock level at retailers by planning and implementing the right sales strategy and activities for achieving the expected

results.

- To plan and implement sales activities by ensuring the older batch of stocks are

rotated and cleared timely for preventing high market returns.

- By assisting immediate line Manager to develop plans or new process for

improving product freshness in all channels.

- By implementing and coordinating all actions to rotate Yellow Zone Stocks from slow moving products to fast moving outlets with close liaison with sales regions.

- By assisting immediate line Manager in developing sales projects for driving

sales volume and sales operational Effectiveness.

- By assisting immediate line Manager in develop or new process for improving Sales Force to monitor their daily sales reports required and contractual outlet Business review Report.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Beer Industry/FMCG.

- Good analytical & numerical skills.

- Good interpersonal & communications skills (verbal/written).

- Results oriented, assertive, self-confidence & matured with good problemsolving

skills.

- Good knowledge of consumer goods business.

- Language proficiency: Written & spoken – Khmer and English (Good)

- Written & Spoken: Knowledge of Mandarin / Chinese dialects would be added advantage

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
