- Issuance the quotations of the trading component (TD) and panel

(IM) for customers according to specifications received assigned by

Sale admin supervisor

- Manage and create related tasks in the Google drive and other

system

- Liaise with Supply chain Department for costing and lead time-related matters

- Response to efficiently monitor the status and SA workload in Bonita and report to sales team leader and directors

- Response to update the probability (%) between sales pipeline and

SAP

- Candidate will report to the Sales Administrator (Supervisor) and Sales & Business Development Manager, working closely with all sales

channels

- Other task assigned by Management

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration

- Product knowledge or industries experience

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working

knowledge of Microsoft

- Ability to work independently/ as team members/under pressure and

long hours

- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret and trend

information

- Be confident and self-motivated

- Good interpersonal skills

- Experience in developing team strategies
