- Support students’ learning and/or co-teach with subject teacher to ensure classwork

completion

- Effectively teach the students following the lesson plans assigned by subject teachers

- Oversee and provide in-class or after-class support to students who need extra support,

including individuals or small groups

-Evaluate students' works and progress, and give valuable comments and grades students’

works, such as classwork, homework, assessment, project, etc.,;

-Facilitate teachers developing learning-support plans for students

-Support faculty and students for their everyday teaching and learning

- Support students on academic literacy of the assigned class

- Provide English language support to the assigned student/s

-Support student in the areas of specific weakness, including language, writing, speaking,

social interaction, behavioral problem etc.,;

- Provide feedback about the student’s progress and difficulties to the necessary stakeholder

- Perform academic administrative tasks

-Participate in the organization of Parent-Teacher Meeting and conduct parent satisfaction;

survey

- Play a key role in positive school climate and culture of thriving for betterment toward the

school goals

- Participate in the school events promoting school program, parent workshop, student

competitions and awards ceremony

-Meet with parents to discuss about student academic as well as other concerns

-Meet with students to encourage positive behavior, conduct and academic progress

- Attend and conduct educational trainings and conferences as needed

- Attend and conduct academic meetings with relevant staff members and teachers

- Hold Bachelor’s degree of Education or TESOL, or related field;

-Proficient user of Microsoft office;

-Good command of English in both speaking and writing;

-Good command of Google Classroom and other online learning tools is a plus;

- Fresh graduate is welcomed;

-Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, responsible, and very good

team work;

-Strong organizational and time management skills;

- Fast learner and desire to achieve set goals;

- Able to work under pressure and able to work independently;
