- Processes invoices matching with its supporting documents as

stipulated in the company's policy and procedures, price list, and deposit

made by the company to respective suppliers

- Performs suppliers statement reconciliation with the company

accounting records

- Communicates with necessary personnel to assure proper general

ledger coding

- Enters accounting data with the high level of accuracy and on the timely

enter

- Balances and reconcile batch control totals with source documents or

computer listings in order to locate

-Error encode correct amounts, or prepare correction records

- Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from the

supervisor

- Assist with week and month-end closing

- "Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in

accordance with

- company policy and accepted accounting practices"

- Ensure the accuracy of making correct payments in accordance with

contract terms

-Bachelor’s degree in

- Experience 2 years in similar relevant position

- Good writing, communication, and presentation skills

- Computer Skills: MS. Office / Email / Internet, and any application system

(QuickBooks)

- Good command of communication in English in spoken & written
