· Oversee construction process, sequence of work and inspections

· Oversee construction process, sequence of work and inspections.

· Provide technical advice and direction on site for construction items

· Manage Site Engineers and sub-contractors

· Report to COO, CEO on construction progress, issues, VO and commercial items

· Assist with Design Details if necessary

· Create Programs and reports for Client PMC

· Lead coordination meetings with sub-contractors, ensuring their deliverables. Asist with finding solutions.

· Provide direction to Project Site team

· Lead correspondence with Client PMC via Email and group chats

· Bachelor’s degree Engineering & Architecture or relevant skills

· At least 3-year-experience in Engineering & Architecture or relevant skills

· Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

· Mange multiple designers during detailed design phase

·Applicants must have significant experience of working on design and build project, for a main contractor, in the management of H & S, and the design and procurement process

· Typically direct and responsible for all staff assigned to the project through direct reports typically consisting of upper management heading up various function

· Typically serve as lead person to coordinate all activities and communication
