• Supervise daily operations at our main O&M Center and service staff along the expressway

• Formulate and execute effective strategies to drive business growth and achieve operational excellence

• Guarantee the highest standards of service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

• Inspire, manage, and lead our team, nurturing a positive and collaborative work environment

• Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

• Oversee budgets, resources, and risk, ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the company

• Remain informed of industry trends and best practices, and champion continuous improvement throughout the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the security, facility management, or related service industries

• Proven track record of managing operations, devising strategies, and propelling business growth

• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets, resources, and risk

• Familiarity with the expressway service industry and relevant regulations

• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction

• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred
