• Manage the daily operations of our Total Gas Station, Bonjour Mart, and Mao's locations, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Drive sales growth and profitability while effectively managing budgets and resources

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and foster brand loyalty

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, providing comprehensive training and support to foster professional growth

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees in compliance with company standards

• Collaborate with fellow managers and corporate partners to facilitate business growth and achieve operational excellence

• Oversee inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, and stock control

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and local laws

• A minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a preference for candidates with multi-unit experience
