·      Inspection Checklists and QA/QC Records / Forms

·      Review & check the Sub-Contractor's QA/QC for document submission.

·      Conduct QC inspection and checking Structural & Civil works based on

·      Method Statement and Works Procedures.

·      Check on Subcontractor's and worker's activities to ensure their works

·      Comply with project specification and international standards

·      Assist and support the Project Team in resolving any related quality

·      issues / problems initiated by Consultant and Client at site.

·      Prepare report on site QC inspection activities and submit to

·      Project Manager

·      Responsible for coordinating between sub-contractor in the negotiation and resolving issues relating to construction work  Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

·      Bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering & Architecture or relevant skills

·      At least 3-year-experience in QA/QC or Engineering & Architecture or relevant skills

·      Efficiency in construction-based program (MS Project, CAD. etc..)

·      Independent work ethics

·      Ability to work well within team
