Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a Male Admin Accountant who is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to support the company in multiple areas. This position involves not only accounting tasks but also inventory controlling, warehouse stock management, administrative duties, and handling company communications.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage daily accounting records and bookkeeping

• Prepare invoices, track payments, and assist with monthly financial reports

• Support internal audits and assist with year-end financial closings

• Check, control, and manage warehouse stock and inventory levels

• Handle inventory controlling and investigate discrepancies

• Monitor inventory records and report variances to management

• Answer and handle incoming company phone calls

• Support general office administration and documentation

• Assist company staff across departments when needed

Requirements:

• Male candidate only

• Experience in accounting or admin-related positions

• Ability to communicate in Khmer and English

• Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks)

• Good time management and attention to detail

• Reliable, honest, and able to work independently

• Strong coordination and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience in inventory controlling or warehouse stock management is an advantage

• Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision
