- Conduct detailed topographical surveys of land and construction sites;

- Record and interpret survey data, producing topographic maps and drawings;

- Mark out site boundaries, levels, and reference points based on plans;

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams; Ensure survey data accuracy and compliance with project specifications;

- Maintain survey instruments and equipment;

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly survey reports;

- Other tasks assigned by top management

- Proficiency in Chinese language

- English is an optional conversation

- At least 2 years of experience in land or topographical surveying

- Proficiency in survey-related software

- Strong understanding of land measurement principles and mapping

- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions

- Computer skills such as MS Excel, Word
