•Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.

•Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to support decision-making at the executive level.

•Drive capital planning, funding strategies to support expansion and production capacity.

•Provide strategic guidance and financial expertise to the executive team and board of directors, contributing to the development and execution of business plans and growth initiatives.

•Drive cost management initiatives, identify areas for operational efficiency, and implement appropriate measures to enhance profitability.

•Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

•Ensure the risk and compliance management framework is developed and properly executed.

•Manage relationships with relevant external stakeholders such internal auditors, bankers, tax auditors, external auditors, regulators, etc.

•Extra tasks will be assigned from Executive Director/BoDs.

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).

•10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, ideally with experience in alcohol, manufacturing or food & beverage industries.

•Strong knowledge and experience of brew industry compliance and reporting.

•Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

•Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with seasonal fluctuations.

•Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude.

•High level of integrity, ethical standards, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
