Jobs Description

  • Supervise all administrative forms, policies, procedures, control and personnel records
  • Supervise employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare staff’s contract
  • Provide Staffs induction
  • Prepare Payroll and Staffs’ attendance
  • Register notification of new and old products with Ministry of Health
  • To make purchase order and manage on office supplies
  • Keep all employee profile as confidential
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Administration, Admin and HR background or experienced are preferable
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skill
  • Result oriented, responsive, creative and curious
  • Good English, French is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills (MS office, Internet, Email)
