Jobs Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both operational (Front of the house and back of the house)
Collaborate with department heads and outlet managers to understand manpower needs.
Post job vacancies on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal systems).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Ensure proper documentation throughout the recruitment process.

Jobs Requirement

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
