Jobs Description

Plan, direct, and oversee daily power plant and coal operations to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and safety;
Develop and implement operational strategies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintenance schedules;
Monitor plant performance indicators (capacity, load, efficiency, downtime) and take corrective actions to meet production targets;
Coordinate coal supply chain activities including sourcing, receiving, and storage;
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, energy regulations, and company policies;
Manage operational budgets, cost controls, and resource allocations effectively;
Supervise and provide leadership to shift engineers, operators, and maintenance teams;
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, procurement, and logistics departments to optimize plant performance;
Prepare and submit regular operational reports to top management;
Other tasks assigned by top management

Jobs Requirement

Strong Chinese language
English language is a plus
Minimum 5 years experiences in powerplant and coal industries is highly preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Good problem-solving and crisis management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Can us MS Excel, Word skills and financial modeling
