Jobs Description

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing warehouse operations and staff scheduling.
Supervise receiving, storing, and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align warehouse activities with business goals.
Ensure that all equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, are maintained and operated safely.
Implement and maintain warehouse layout and space optimization techniques.
Train, motivate, and support warehouse staff on proper procedures and productivity standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Assist with reporting on warehouse performance metrics and KPIs.

Jobs Requirement

Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role (2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager position preferred)
Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices
Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
