1. Daily Operations & Sales Management

• Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the station.
• Ensure all fuel pumps and equipment are functioning correctly and report any technical issues immediately.
• Maximize sales of gasoline, diesel, and LPG.
• Monitor customer service quality and handle any customer complaints or inquiries professionally.

2. Inventory & Stock Control

• Perform daily physical dip-stick measurements of underground tanks to monitor fuel levels and ensure accurate data for internal audit verification
• Manage daily fuel sales, compare with actual stock levels to prevent any loss
• Manage the ordering of fuel and retail products to ensure the station never runs out of stock.

3. Cash Reconciliation & Reporting

• Verify and reconcile daily sales reports from the system against actual cash, credit card receipts, and fuel coupons.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales summaries to be reported to the Finance Department and CEO.
• Ensure that all daily cash collections are securely handled and send to Finance Department.

4. Staff Discipline Management & Training Development

• Manage staff rosters to ensure coverage during peak hours and holidays.
• Supervise staffs to ensure they follow the Group dress code, grooming standards, and internal discipline.
• Conduct regular training for new staff and refresh training to existing staff on safety procedures, customer service, and efficient fuel pumping techniques.

5. Safety, Hygiene & Maintenance

• Enforce strict safety regulations, including "No Smoking" and "Engine Off" rules, to prevent fire hazards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the station, including the pump areas, office, and restrooms.
• Monitor security cameras and coordinate with the Admin/IT team to ensure the safety.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (High school diploma with extensive experience may be considered).
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Retail, Sale, or Gas Station is preferable.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for sales reporting) and POS systems.
• Strong basic mathematical skills for accurate cash and fuel reconciliation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays and work under pressure to handle peak hour rushes and resolve operational issues quickly.
