- Oversea on controlling & direction for all the machines, labors, equipment, operators - Over sea on complement on the project to answer the schedule, compliance, safety, risky - Settle the problem which can happen on site, - Design the shop drawing, calculate noted, method statement, site assessment and standard report, all of the bidding assessment and requirement - Enhance the quality of work by do the R&D, which can update the new technical, management system, method statement, report to the company and training up to the team - Prepare the report and joining with the management business weekly meeting by present to the top management. - Analyst the business performance by monitor the actual and planning by daily, weekly, monthly , quarterly and yearly. - Control cost in efficiency way and lead project to get high profit. - Others tasks assign by line manager

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience related to construction - Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer and is a must - Ability to work independent and as lead the team - Strong work ethic/ conscientious, self-motivated, leadership, management, demonstrate to high level of inter-personal skills and negotiation one - Computer literate, (Ms. Office, Email and Internet...etc.) - Be committed to receiving a best achievement - Be honest, hard-working, working well with the team, be a team player!
