- Design merchandising strategy and ensure effective merchandising activity - Implement and monitor channel merchandising plan - Coordinate trade marketing plans for merchandising and production at the outlets - Train and motivate sale representative teams to align with merchandising placement strategy and maintenance - Direct and monitor POSM to achieve a clear dominance in terms of branding & quality product display - Cooperate with sale team to maintain positive brand image and recruiting new outlet by increasing brand visibility - Monitoring competitor activities and report (BTL) - POSM management and record

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing Skill or other related field. - At least 2-3 years experiences as Sale or Marketing in Trading Company; - Very good in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening), can speak Thai or Chinese would be advantage; - Strong interpersonal communication skills; - Used to work in Sale Department; - Possess valid driving license; - Computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet & Email); - Be honest and hard working.
