Duties: • ¬¬¬¬¬¬Assist the classroom lead teacher to ensure the effectiveness of classroom management • Manage and prepare the classroom materials with guidance from the lead teacher • Assist the lead teacher in the preparation and the maintenance of the Montessori play learning center • Organize and attend parent-teacher meetings every quarter • Supervise students in the class, schoolyard, and during arrive and drop off time • Sensitivity and patience are key assets

• At least one-year teaching experience with young learners • Like to work with kids, be patient and can make learning fun for kids • Monitor and motivate the kids’ during their education • Help the classroom teacher to set up suitable activities that match the student’s learning abilities • Self-motivated, take initiative, sensible and have team spirit • Be punctual and have a high sense of responsibility • Excellent in English- spoken and written form • Good planning and organizing skills
