- Deliver the company’s sales target. - Propose and discuss the efficiency and effective Trade and Consumer promotion to support sale volume within own territory (if need). - Ensure well execution in market for any program from Trade or Brand support. - Ensure Company merchandising are placed in the right place. - Win the Market Share, Distribution, Visibility of Company’s brand. - Cooperate very close with Main Distributor team, Provincial Distributor. - Ensure product is freshness in market through stock rotation must made by field force. - Ensure no credit issue of DSR - Other task required by line manager. - Utilize motivated tool provided by Company to motivate DSR to work hard and smart. - Improve selling skill and product training for field force

- Driving License - Willing to base and work at province - Working experience more than 1 year in sales. - Good in English and Chinese Communication - Able to use Microsoft administration - Willing to work under pressure
