Jobs Description

- In collaboration with THD key persons (TMO, HA1, THN, THO) develop/ revised Inclusive Township Health Plan and individual health facility service plan. - Technical support to THD key persons for supply chain management, financial management, reporting and recording of supported Inclusive Township Health Plan activities. - Technical support to THD key persons on quality assurance of MNCH, Nutrition, SRHR, TB, and Malaria care service provision at health facilities and out-reach services. - In collaboration with THD key persons monitor and evaluate implementation and quality of ITHP activities. - Technical support and oversight IRC health project staff. - Oversight monthly project and individual work plan in accordance with project deliverables. - Supervise day to day plan of project team to ensure in line with logistical, financial and administrative plan of the project. - Assist Senior Manager and relevant partner organization’s management staff to design and implement partnership coordination frame work and action plans. - Responsible as coordination focal point among Township Health department, Township level authorities and other stakeholders at township. - Oversight project team staffs on developing and applying follow-up monitoring tools for community volunteers and community groups. - In coordination with M&E manager to ensure quality of project M&E database. - Assist Program Coordinator and M&E team to roll out project base line and evaluation survey and reporting. - Manage day-to-day logistics, administration regarding project activities support with operational department. - Plan and manage control/authorize expenditure with approval of the Program Coordinator / Sr Manager. - Provide regular and reliable monthly project report package and financial reports. - Perform other responsibilities as requested by supervisors. - Adhere to IRC global and national policies and procedures. - Represent IRC positively and professionally in both internal and external relations and situations. - Participate and responsible other IRC health project interventions, including emergency health humanitarian responses, as requested by supervisor.

Jobs Requirement

- M.B., B.S / B.Comm.H or other degree related to health disciplines - At least 3-4 years of experience in setting up and managing complex community development MNCH, Nutrition, SRHR, TB, and Malaria projects in UN/INGOs/LNGO context, and demonstrated high level skills in program andproject coordination, management, mentoring and multi-tasking; and an excellent understanding of the contexts of Myanmar. - Experience of working with LNGO sub-grantees and counterpart Ministries at Township or State level. - Experience of working with INGOs/ LNGOs for in community based health promotion. - Experience and skills in managing and mentoring multidisciplinary program team in multiple sites within a country program. - Experience in design, implementation and analysis of program assessments and surveys. - Demonstrated expertise in community development or health service system development. - Good computer literacy and have experience of applying Microsoft office package. - Professional demeanor, ability to work under stressful conditions while maintaining perspective and a sense of humor. - Patience, diplomacy, flexibility, critical thinking and analytical skills. - Have ability to travel extensively to program implementing hard to reach rural areas. - Excellent communication skills, fluent written and verbal Myanmar and good command of English.
