- Developing and preparing plans, programs and strategies in coordination with various section and relevant stakeholders. - Setting sales targets for individual sale staff and team as a whole - Support sales teams for meeting with customers - Participate in any marketing events - Make quotation, proposal and negotiate with customers - Develops and implements of sale plan and sale strategies - Flexible business and strongly leader management - Training sales staffs in own team - Development and execution of sale related training programs and monitor its effectiveness - Prepare weekly report to the management, reporting to Director of Sale. - Good communicator and work closely between management, sales team. - Keeping up to date with products and competitors - Other task assigned by Director of Sale.

- Male & Female - Bachelor's degree in Sale & Marketing Management - 4 years of experience in ISP or other related industries - Computer literacy, Words, Microsoft office, Power Point- Internet & Email - Fluently in English to communicate - Excellent problem solving , analytical skills - Excellent communication , report writing and presentation skills - Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - Honesty, Open mind, commitment, teamwork and action
