- To ensure sell in and sell out of each store in responsible area to achieve individual sales target. - Supervising and coaching Product Advisor (PA) staff or Shop staff to understand products & tinting machines knowledge and sales skill. - Monitor and manage availability of PAs at store level when PAs staff or absent, resign or leave on the area. - Prepare monthly sales action plan for ensuring our competitive in each store. - Coordinate with customer staff to support our sales promotion, marketing & sales activities, maintain display, finding consumer need and maintain consumer satisfaction. - Monitor and manage customer inventory level to eliminate non-move, slow move and damage stock items in stores level. - Keep Sales Manager regularly informed about the market situation, competitor’ activities and consumer feedback by reporting, meeting, etc.
