- Work closely with the Branch Manager and team on strategic current and prospective customers to help define key business needs, and to recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales in your assigned area. - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the current and prospective customers in your area, including plant or facility executives. - Work closely with your team on generating and executing sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities in existing customer base, and in major, competitively held accounts, to meet defined area profit increase goals. - Provide business and technical support to your team in their customer accounts; identifying and resolving customer challenges, and escalating as required. - Work closely with your team on actively selling and supporting in their assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships. - Demonstrate strong team leadership by coaching and training the team. - Assist with the planning and execution of successful customer and prospect Seminars, - Travel within assigned area. - Any other duties assign by General Manager

- Cambodian Nationality - Male or Female - Bachelor Degree or Master Degree of Engineer/Electrical/Mechanical or related fields. - At least 2 years of successful technical sales and sale management experience - Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task - History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation - Business awareness and commercial focus - Problem solving skills. - Demonstrate clear leadership traits with strong goal orientation and accountability. - Strong interpersonal, and soft skills especially for sale management. - Very strong drive and passion to succeed. - Excellent in English - Microsoft Office, outlook, & E-mail - Good written and spoken English is preferable - Good communication, organizational skills, problem solving, fast and efficient worker - Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working HOW TO APPLY Interest candidates please send CV and related documents to contact person as below with expected salary.
