- Assisting in the servicing of our customers. - Equipment testing, chemical analysis and ensuring the optimal application of chemical treatment programs. - Assisting with the troubleshooting technical problems in a timely manner to ensure ongoing chemical treatment of process unit operations - Conducting site surveys and product/application/system audits. - Developing strong client relationships by driving value added and focused service delivery. - Managing customer inventories and product delivery - Responsible for driving and developing servicing to customers - To carry out daily work schedule repair and maintenance - Providing training, technical assistance and products training - Provide technical presentation and demonstrating products specification - Problem solving in case of emergency call or request from customer - Visit customer and monitor serving schedule to ensure on time - Travel within assigned area.
