- Lead and direct the area sales teams in all aspect of sales and distribution activities in order to achieve target within given area. - Managing and executing of all trade marketing activities. - Develop & Improved route to market strategies, design model outlets by area. - Provide market intelligent in order to achieve sales, distribution and merchandising objectives. - Planning, Organizing and executing sales team toward the company’s target. - Building and maintaining good relationship with customers and sales team. - Maintaining good service through quality checks and other follow-up. - Must be active in the field with the sales personal. - Actively seeking new business opportunity with new and existing client. - Prepare monthly sale report and present to manager of company. - Orientation and coaching or mentoring existing and customer. - Solve and facilitate all complaints or any comments from customers. - Any other duties assign by Manager - Travel within assigned area.
