•Plan, manage, evaluate and ensure successful outcome of the learning & development interventions of the program as planned •Maintain cooperation and proper dialog with the partner-institutes •Maintain the dialogue with the departments involved in OJT, collect their qualifications of the students and consider their proposals for adjustments and improvements •Manage, develop and engage team members to fully perform current and future tasks •Perform other related duties as assigned
