- Recruiting staff and training - Planning schedule for rotation staffs insource and outsource - Making plan and job descriptions for all staffs - Ensure new recruitment or replacement of employee is filled on time - Ensure that staff obey company’s policies and have regulation (especially company’s discipline) - Policy development and documentation - Employee evaluation, capacity development and training - Oversee and manage the work reporting human resources staff - Provide good relationship with staffs - Provide technical management to staff with HR functions - Negotiation with employee regarding wage - Participates in executive, management, and company staff meeting and attends other meeting - Other task that require by management team

- Bachelor Decree of Human Resource, Business Administration (BBA) or related field - At least 3 years’ experience with HR & Admin - Knowledge of Cambodian labour law - Knowledge of Human Resource function - Good manner and strong commitment - Fluent in English speaking - Friendly, Flexible, easy to learn something new and willing to get along with co-Work - Bachelor degree in sale and marketing or business administration - At least 3 years’ experience in sales - Have ability to convince the customers - Have a good relationship with the customers - Professional in communication skill - Can work inside and outside office - Can Communicate in English - Good attitude, hard-working, honesty, and strong commitment - Computer literacy in Microsoft office, internet and email.
