Jobs Description

 Job Description the main purpose of this position is to handle customer account, manage sales cycle, customer issues and internal processing  Responsibility • Provide guidance to showroom teams lead • Assist in leading showroom sales teams lead • Help showroom sales team solve customers’ issues and complains • Handle major account customer - Sales cycle, including quotes, samples board, and specification - Closing sales - Managing delivery, including generating delivery order and pick list - Managing account receivable • Customer complains • Take care of all areas/departments of showroom display • Make sure all merchandise is well display, price tagged are properly placed, and all areas are free from dust, including shelving and floor areas - Tile - Sanitary Ware - Appliances - Furniture - Kitchen cabinets • Make sure overall areas are clean and tidy including interior exterior and all exhibition equipment of the showroom • Know where all inventory items are stored, so showroom sales lead can help the team to do picking for customers • Control showroom sales team lead • Manage janitor team • Open and close store • Manage music playing during store operation hour and daily food/flower offering to the holy shrine • Help reinforce SHH sales policy to another sales team • Assist in promoting in-store sales marketing/promotion • Track sales monthly sales progress • Collect lead sheet from another store • Keep in-store visitor list • Manage in-store lead • Lead Report and progress (Key Performance Indicator) • Weekly prospective client list (to include the sales amount that will be potentially closing during the month) • Weekly store cleanliness report to identify area of improvements and issues • Weekly meeting with showroom sale, showroom sale team lead and Store Manager • Achieve sales target • Weekly meeting report (Issues report resolving/solution report) • Store cleanliness report/display report (collect cleaning check list from Janitor)

Jobs Requirement

 Requirements • At least 1-year experience of supervisory • Bachelor graduated in related with distributors and sales, or business administration • Good command of English (Spoken and Written) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Team player • Able to work under pressure • Strong management and leadership skills • Hardworking, Tolerate and humble • Strong willing to lead and achieve targets with team • PC skills (Microsoft offices), internet & E-mail • Other tasks by Manager  Work time and Benefits • Basic Salary 350$-700$ • Work time: (Mon-Sat) 7:30am-5:30pm (Break 1hours) request to work Sunday if necessary • Uniform • Annual leave • Annual trip • National Holiday • Sale Commission • Bonus incentive
