• Process and confirm guest reservations and enter them into Opera PMS. • Ability to handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner showing product knowledge. • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve organizational goals and targets. • Continual auditing of the PMS for accuracy. • Maintain a strong working relationship between reservations, guest experience and sales teams.

Jobs Requirement

• At Least 2 years’ experience in a 4-5 star property preferably in a reservations/front office position. • Strong customer service and exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken. • Flexibility to respond to the needs of the business. • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Opera PMS. • Highly organized with an eye for detail.
