Job Scope: • Assist the marketing communications Manager to update hotel information or new opportunity to expose the hotel to the public. • Develop new marketing ideas for the hostel in your market, to boost opportunities for our travelers to learn about Lub d and want to stay at Lub d. • Work with local agents to promote Lub d if they sell hostels. • Come up with marketing ideas to promote all non-room revenue aspects of the hostel like F&B, co-working space and more. • Assist in developing and managing strategic marketing communication plans. • Work closely with advertising agencies for planning, design, layout and market updates, manage media buying, organize PR activities and liaise with PR agencies and media for publicity. • Manage and contact supplier for printing all collateral and signage. • Assist marketing communications Manager in coordinate with hotel partners in terms of the co- promotion programs. • Preparing monthly report to submit to Marketing Communications Manager to review at the end of the month which includes printing and advertising. • Assist in any other tasks assigned by the management. • Ensure that all internal and external communications maintain a consistent and professional image and messaging.

• At least Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant field • At least 3 years experience in the same field or relevant • Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill • Proficiency in English communication and computer literate • Must be creative, outgoing and presentable • Should have a good marketing perspective • Knowledge of hotel operations
