- Develop IT policies, compliance, framework, and guidelines to align with the business objective - Structuring IT process, internal infrastructure including server, email management, security networking system, network appliance etc. - Configure and set up Email server - Setting up UPS, electricity system management, testing etc - Control and manage hardware and software to ensure standard high level - Configure and maintain an internal system to avoid disconnectivity or failure. - Implement Data recovery plan and testing regularly - Prepare budget planning for IT Dept and forecasting - Coordinate with all key stakeholders and support team - Maintenance and keep track on internal system to justify any errors

-At least 4 years experience in IT Infrastructure in Financial Industry -At least 2 years experiences with management level -Solid background IT management, Security, Networking, and Database. -Basic knowledge of programming and open source system -Open-minded person and willing to work overtime under pressure - High committed and result oriented - Very good communication and ability to inspire everyone - Experience in start-up environment is plus - CCNA or CCDA would be an advantage - English proficiency to ensure daily communication with overseas support.
