-Execute the payroll calculation both local and expat. - Execute the calculation final pay, severance pay, and other benefits payments - NSSF registration, calculation, and payment - Execute the calculation and payment of other benefits payment such as child allowance, travel allowance, married allowance, birth allowance … etc. - Execute the Payroll system data entering and maintaining; - Keep record and update dependent data in Payroll system - Administer and send out daily headcount reporting - Produce the Monthly KPIs and consolidate Monthly reports - Manage and issue letters related to compensation and bens - Support in annual operations budgeting - Support in calculating the annual labor cost for budgeting - Support the annual compensation review project

- Bachelor degree - Experience 2 last years - Strong Computer skill (Excel, Power Point, Ward, E-mail) - Strong Payroll (C&B) - English good speaking and writing - Good solving problem - Face with challenge - Able to work independently / under pressure - Flexible and good at team work - Self-motivate and confident - Can adapt with the new environment - Good on communication skill - Anger to learn
