- Execute the payroll calculation both local and expat. - Execute the calculation final pay, severance pay, and other benefits payments - NSSF registration, calculation, and payment - Execute the calculation and payment of other benefits payment such as child allowance, travel allowance, married allowance, birth allowance … etc. - Execute the Payroll system data entering and maintaining; - Keep record and update dependent data in Payroll system - Administer and send out daily headcount reporting - Produce the Monthly KPIs and consolidate Monthly reports - Manage and issue letters related to compensation and bens - Support in annual operations budgeting - Support in calculating the annual labor cost for budgeting - Support the annual compensation review project

- Bachelor Decree of Human Resource, Business Administration or related field - At least 2 years’ experience with HR & Admin - Knowledge of Cambodian labour law - Knowledge of Human Resource function - Good attitude, hard-working, honesty, and strong commitment - Fluent in English speaking - Friendly, Flexible, easy to learn something new and willing to get along with co-Work Good personal relation, self-motivated, honest, self-discipline, team and commitment - Flexible, dynamic, well organized, analytical able make good judgment self-motivated - Strong interpersonal, team building negotiation skills - Good communication skill - Able to work under pressure.
