** Task and responsibilities - Handle financial and accounting roles - Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations - Perform projects cost forecasts/budgets, monitoring and controls against project contract agreements - Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with operations and project teams - Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans - Maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies - Prepare proposal planning for potential projects, including valuation of land/properties, start up planning/costs (operational, design, renovation), obtaining requirements (licenses, etc.) - Develop, maintain, analyze budgets, and prepare financial reports - Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and procedural standards - Compute and analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenue, financial commitments, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice - Be involved with event arrangement - Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Director

- University degree in Accounting/Finance in relevant field - Experience in accounting and finance management particularly in Real Estate - Computer literacy - Fluent in spoken and written English and Khmer (Chinese a plus) - Initiative, flexible and good interpersonal skills - Confident, self-motivated and work under pressure - Proactive and hard working ** Application Information - Interested applicants please submit CV and Cover letter to address below.
