- Responsible for the human rights audit related to counterparts and all preparation, regular inspection - Hold regular human rights training sessions - Regular inspection of fire facilities and other plans related human rights facilities - Regular fire drills and the whole plan evacuation exercises - The issue of human rights and foreign counterparts - Communication and coordination with the workers' representatives, regular workers elected workers - Dealing with disputes and complaints between employees - With trade unions and coordination of all related matters - For ILO counseling and inspection. - ISO file control and operation procedures book audit. - Assist the security department in daily document control and transmission. - Communicate and coordinate with relevant government departments
